Recommend Use:

For best results, we recommend inoculating with a clean agar culture or a sterile liquid culture from a reputable source.

Once inoculated:

1. Store in a warm location away from direct sunlight.
2. Allow the mycelium to colonise the grain.
3. At around 30% colonisation, break up and shake the bag to distribute growth.
4. Allow the bag to fully colonise.
5. Spawn to your chosen substrate and enjoy the fruits of your labour.

As with all mushroom cultivation, success depends heavily on sterile technique and the quality of your inoculant.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Best used within 4 weeks of receipt.
• We recommend waiting 7 days before inoculation to confirm sterility.

Quality Assurance

Every bag is sterilised and sealed with autoclave indicator tape.

The tape is green before sterilisation and turns black once proper sterilisation temperatures have been reached.

If your tape has not changed colour, please do not use the product and contact us immediately.

Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of mushroom cultivation, we cannot offer replacements after inoculation.

However, if a bag shows signs of contamination before use, please contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement where appropriate.

While we take every possible measure to ensure sterility, we cannot guarantee contamination-free results after inoculation, as factors such as environment, inoculant quality, and sterile technique are outside our control.
