Storage

For best results, use your substrate as soon as possible after arrival.

If not using immediately, store in a cool, clean, dark location until needed.

Processing & Dispatch

Although our handling time is listed as 3 working days, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. During particularly busy periods, preparation may take a little longer as every batch is produced with care and quality in mind.

Important Information

While every substrate bag is carefully prepared and sterilised, successful mushroom cultivation depends on many factors outside our control, including:

• Sterile technique
• Incubation conditions
• Temperature management
• Workspace cleanliness
• Quality of inoculant used

Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any transit damage immediately.

Due to the time and care involved in producing these products, replacements can only be provided for products that are clearly defective upon arrival, or for unused products that have been stored correctly.

• Substrate-only products: eligible for replacement within 3 weeks of delivery.
• Bundle products: eligible for replacement within 6 weeks of delivery to allow time for grain colonisation.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements after inoculation has taken place.
