Quality Assurance

All genetics offered have been successfully cultivated and harvested. Every batch is tested on agar before extraction to help ensure cleanliness and viability.

Our cultures originate from either carefully selected clones or spore-derived cultures of the listed species, maintained and expanded in-house.

We take great care throughout the production process to provide clean, uncontaminated cultures. However, as with any liquid culture, we strongly recommend inspecting and testing on agar before use whenever possible. This is considered best practice for all liquid culture products, regardless of the supplier.

Contamination Policy

If your syringe arrives contaminated, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs. We will gladly arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Please note that once a product has been used, we cannot offer replacements, as contamination can result from a variety of factors outside our control, including sterile technique, workspace conditions, and handling procedures.
